1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Altarise sp. z o.o., ul. Stanisława Konarskiego 18C, 44-100 Gliwice, Poland (KRS: 0001175400, NIP: 6312731811, REGON: 541841031), hereinafter referred to as "ALTARISE", "we", "us", or "our".

For any data protection matters, contact us at privacy@altarise.io.

2. What data we collect

When you use altarise.io, we may process the following data:

  • Contact data — name, email address, and company name you provide when booking a call via Cal.com or emailing us directly.
  • Analytics data — pages visited, time on site, referral source, device type, browser, and approximate location (country/city level), collected via Google Analytics 4.
  • Cookie identifiers — technical identifiers stored in your browser, managed through our Cookiebot consent banner.

We do not collect any special categories of personal data (sensitive data) as defined in Art. 9 of GDPR.

3. Legal basis and purpose of processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases under Art. 6(1) GDPR:

  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — for analytics cookies and tracking. You give consent via the Cookiebot banner and can withdraw it at any time.
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — for responding to your inquiries, scheduling consultations, improving our website, and ensuring its security. Our legitimate interest is to operate and improve our business communication and web presence.
  • Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)) — when processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a service agreement.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-party processors and services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data on our behalf:

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) — website analytics. IP anonymization is enabled.
  • Cookiebot (Cybot A/S, Denmark) — cookie consent management.
  • Cal.com (Cal.com Inc.) — appointment scheduling.
  • Cloudflare (Cloudflare Inc.) — website hosting, CDN, and DDoS protection.

Each service acts as a data processor under appropriate data processing agreements.

5. International data transfers

Some of our processors (Google, Cloudflare, Cal.com) may transfer data to servers located outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. These transfers are safeguarded by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), or other mechanisms approved under GDPR (Art. 46).

6. Cookies

We use cookies for analytics and consent management. When you first visit our site, you can choose which cookie categories to accept via the Cookiebot consent banner. You can change your preferences at any time by clicking the cookie icon in the bottom-left corner of the page or by clearing your browser cookies.

Strictly necessary cookies (e.g., Cookiebot consent state) do not require your consent. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are only activated after you give consent.

7. Data retention

Contact data from Cal.com bookings and emails is retained for the duration of our business relationship and up to 12 months afterward for follow-up, unless you request earlier deletion. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months (default GA4 setting).

8. Your rights under GDPR

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:

  • Access — obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15).
  • Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16).
  • Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten", Art. 17).
  • Restriction — request that we limit processing of your data (Art. 18).
  • Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (Art. 20).
  • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21).
  • Withdraw consent — for cookie tracking, at any time via the Cookiebot banner, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@altarise.io. We will respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority: Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl.
