1. Operator
This website (altarise.io) is operated by Altarise sp. z o.o., ul. Stanisława Konarskiego 18C, 44-100 Gliwice, Poland (KRS: 0001175400, NIP: 6312731811, REGON: 541841031), hereinafter referred to as "ALTARISE", "we", "us", or "our".
2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing altarise.io ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
3. Nature of the Site
ALTARISE provides software architecture, product discovery, platform delivery, and related consulting services for B2B platforms. Information on the Site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding commercial offer within the meaning of Polish Civil Code (Art. 66 Kodeksu cywilnego). Specific service engagements are governed by separate agreements.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of ALTARISE or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Polish Act on Copyright and Related Rights (Ustawa o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych). You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or services.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation.
- Scrape or harvest content for commercial purposes without permission.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., Cal.com for scheduling, Cookiebot for consent management). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.
7. Limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by Polish law, ALTARISE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory provisions of applicable law.
8. Confidentiality
Case studies and project details published on the Site may be anonymized or shared with client permission. We take confidentiality seriously and will not disclose client information without authorization.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent for the registered seat of ALTARISE (Gliwice, Poland).
